
This is a classic tale that unfolded gradually before us with a sudden and dramatic ending. Whether this is an elaborate stunt, no one can be sure about but if the CrunchPad people really do go to court it will be too elaborate a stunt to pull.
So it seems like the CrunchPad really is dead now. It is sad too, it was oh so close to completion.
