Windows 7 RC (Release Candidate) is now available for download. It is available for free and it’s full featured edition, similar to Windows Vista Ultimate. Thus, you’ll be able to get to know the complete features of Windows 7. Be aware that this version also automatically sends to Microsoft data regarding errors that might occur during installation and running.
Problems You May Encounter with Windows 7 RC
Windows 7 RC is a fully tested version, but you may still encounter problems:
- Software that doesn’t install or work correctly
- Printers, video cards, or other hardware that doesn’t work
- Problems accessing corporate or home networks
- Files may become corrupted
Important! Microsoft does not provide technical support for it and the computer may crash and you may loose data, as it is not yet the final product. So, it is advisable to download and test windows 7 RC, only if you are a reasonably experienced PC user. Also it’s better to backup all your data before you install Windows 7 RC.

Before installing Windows 7 RC make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements:
