LockHunter is a free application that solve share violation problems whereby you are not allowed to delete files or folders from the computer.
Sometimes, when you try to delete a file or a folder you get annoying messages like “Cannot delete file: Access is denied”, “Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use”, etc. This is due to the files being used or accessed by running programs or a folder that store the files being accessed/opened by other users.

As you probably know, Windows Explorer does not show the size of folders and subfolders only if you check the Properties (right-click on the folder and choose from the context menu Properties option). There is a tiny utility that solves that problem and shows the sizes in the Windows Explorer window.
